Treasure Capital LLC is not a direct lender for every transaction; depending on the request, we may refer your business to a partner lender for underwriting, approval, and funding.

All products described on this website — including Equipment Finance and Merchant Line of Credit — are extended solely for business purposes. They are not available for personal, family, or household use, and Treasure Capital LLC does not offer consumer credit of any kind.

Rates, terms, and approval

Rates, terms, credit limits, and approval decisions are determined by the bank or non-bank lending partner underwriting each transaction, based on factors such as time in business, revenue, and creditworthiness. Treasure Capital LLC does not guarantee approval, a specific rate, or specific terms. Submitting an inquiry is free and creates no obligation to accept any offer.

Licensing

Treasure Capital LLC is not licensed with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and does not originate residential mortgage loans or any other consumer lending product.
